Data deletion and privacy requests

A simple way to ask Shubhaarti Digital Library to delete, correct or provide access to your personal information.

Request deletion

Email subscriptions@shubhaarti.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name and email address or mobile number you used with the library, so we can locate the correct record. Do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information.

What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge your request and take reasonable steps to verify that it is from you.
  2. We will delete or anonymise personal data that we no longer need, or explain why a limited record must be retained.
  3. We will confirm the outcome within the period required by applicable law.

We may retain limited information where required for an active subscription, billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling or a legal obligation.

Access, correction and marketing preferences

Use the same email address to request access to, correction of, or an update to your personal information, withdraw consent, stop marketing messages or raise a privacy grievance. For more detail, read our Privacy Policy.
