What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to make the platform function and, with your consent, measure visits when analytics is configured. Theme and consent preferences use localStorage, which is separate from cookies. Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the library.

Consent mechanism
- First-time visitors see a consent banner with Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, and Customize options.
- Google Analytics is enabled only after you allow analytics, if it is configured for this site.
- Consent is stored in localStorage (
sdl-cookie-consent) and can be withdrawn at any time. - Cookie Settings in the footer provides access to preferences and withdrawal.
Managing and withdrawing consent
- Footer widget: Click the Cookie Settings button in the floating footer bar on any page.
- Browser controls: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via Settings → Privacy/Security. See Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
- Opt-out tools: Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out.
- Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on this site, but does not itself erase data already collected. Clear site cookies in your browser to remove existing analytics cookies. Clearing site storage also removes saved theme and consent preferences.
Other tracking categories
This site does not currently implement advertising cookies or separate language and region cookies. Authentication and locally saved preferences are separate from optional analytics consent.
