Abstract & Overview

In order to carry out the optimal design and accurate simulation of ISG(Integrated Starter and Generator)permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) for hybrid electric Vehicles, and improve rapid development capability of control system of ISG PMSM, this paper proposes a new design method of ISG control system. On Simplorer simulation platform, the optimal current control strategy for ISG control system is carried out, which considers saturation inductance parameter abstracted from FEA analysis and power device characteristics. The simulation results are close to the experiment results, which testifies the creditability of this approach, and realizes rapid development capability of control system of ISG PMSM.
