Abstract & Overview

Nanoparticles and Nanostructures Man-Made or Naturally Recovered: The Biomimetic Activity of Chitin Nanofibrils Nanostructures, man-made or naturally recovered, are materials which often have specific properties due to their small particle size. Being on the nanometer scale (nm; a bacterium is about 1000 nm long), nanotechnology is supposed to play a critical role to solve the problem to obtain new functional healthy ingredients and structures.
