目的探讨非酒精中毒性Wernicke脑病的病因、诊断和治疗.方法报道2例非酒精中毒性Wernicke脑病非典型病例的临床资料,并结合文献进行分析.结果 2例患者均无酒精滥用史,无其他营养不良如癌症或长期住院史.但1例有剧吐或反复静脉输液史.临床上均出现发热、头痛、呕吐、精神紊乱.早期误诊为病毒性脑炎.用维生素B1治疗数小时～数天症状明显改善.结论在非酒精中毒患者中Wernicke脑病少见且为易被忽视的威胁生命的疾病.临床诊断依赖于医生的高度警惕性,维生素B1治疗后症状可快速逆转.
